When does my listing go live?
The moment payment clears. There's no review queue. Listings that aren't oilfield work or break our terms are removed afterward, without refund.
Who sees it?
Everyone browsing the site, plus every subscriber whose alert preferences match your role and location. Featured listings also go out in the weekly newsletter.
How do candidates apply?
You choose: a link to your own application page, or an email address. We never put a form between the candidate and you, and we don't charge per applicant.
Can I edit a listing after posting?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. You can also end it early. Editing doesn't restart the 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?
No. A listing is live and visible the moment you pay, so the service has been delivered.
